《仿黄公望山水图》轴,清,王翚绘,纸本,设色,纵227.3cm,横82.4cm。
图绘群山巍峨、叠嶂攀升、峡谷溪涧曲转迂回之景,山腰处的古刹及林谷间隐现的屋舍均表明此山此景是士人希冀向往的隐居之所。全幅为高远式构图,重点描绘了中远之景。其景致充盈,繁而不乱,令人有望之所见、遐所不见之思。图中的物象被施以各种技法加以表现,山石以短线条皴擦,山脊以落茄点横向点染,苔草以焦墨擢点,醒目灵动。树叶以墨晕、双圈设色逸笔绘出。全图以青、绿、赭石兼墨色皴擦渲染,使山林呈现郁郁明净之气,既得黄公望画格的精髓,又有超逸之趣。
本图是作者步入中年时仿黄公望浅绛山水笔意精心绘制之作,用以祝王时敏之子王揆50岁寿辰,并祝贺王揆之子王原祁29岁登进士第之禧。
本幅款署:“岁己酉,芝翁先生春秋五十,翬寄迹金陵,阙跻堂称祝之礼。今年春,令嗣茂京先生南宫高捷,余方倦游归,闻报雀跃,亟图此幅为先生寿,并以致茂京得雋之贺云。庚戌闰月既望,虞山石谷子王翚。”钤“王翚之印”朱文印。“庚戌”即清康熙九年(1670年),作者时年39岁。
鉴藏印有“金黼廷瘦仙氏收藏”、“固始张氏收藏金石文字”等诸方。

The pictures show the towering mountains, mountainous peaks, winding canyons and streams, the ancient temples on the mountainside and the houses hidden in the forest valleys all indicate that this mountain scene is the Hermitage that scholars hope to live in. The whole picture is a high-level composition, focusing on the medium-term and long-term perspective. Its scenery is full, complex but not chaotic, which makes people hopefully see and reverberate. The images in the picture are represented by various techniques.
