《刘君文威听泉记》卷,明正德元年(1506年),祝允明书,纸本,行书,纵31厘米,横152.2厘米。
此卷是祝允明为时人刘文威“听泉记”一文所回写的另一篇“听泉记”。文中夸赞了文威的家世及人品。署款:“正德元年夏五,乡贡进士长洲祝允明记。”钤“希哲”朱文、“吴下阿明”朱文、“包山真意”朱文印。引首钤“太原”白文印。卷后有宋振宸题一则及鉴藏印一方。
书法自然流畅,大小字错落,富于变化。其笔法和点画结构显示出祝允明对黄庭坚书法的精心研习,不仅得其形,而且得其神。祝允明时年47岁。

刘君文威听泉记
听泉之旨,在文威其词。问及仆,大率推演物性,规拟人品,随所之以为言,皆可也。亦何尚於号者之旨哉?故置物之泉,且从文威道之。文威性爽逸,虚中善受,人亲之。皭然白,蒸然润也,其体之泉乎?诗人草窗先生漱艺而鸣盛,犹水乐瑽琤,流响一代。文威其诸孙也,其世之泉乎?文威良于医,其承世和人,殆亦苏氏之井之类也,其业之泉乎?行而适,饮而醉,醉而歌,满耳天籁也。何必临巌踞窦,倾注于肥濆汍槛之侧,曰“听泉”也?吴中多名泉,白云、七宝、 之属,日为樵人佃夫释担解锄,经行偃息,欲窃就一梦而苦不得。意其厌憎此 也,多矣,又奚听泉之尚?故梁之廉,广之贪,柳之愚,或能移人,或不能也。故泉无重文威,文威重泉。既以复文威,更制听泉之章诒,使续其歌:名丘县灵液,天声澈寒莹。锵锵洞庭野,宫簴合镛磬。君耳都一收,长立钧天境。时分上池水,乞洗许丞病。正德元年夏五,乡贡进士长洲祝允明记。
