《敬斋箴》页，明，沈度书，纸本，楷书，纵23.8厘米，横49.4厘米。

　　款署“永乐十六年仲冬至日，翰林学士云间沈度书。”钤“沈民则”、“玉堂学士”、“自乐轩”3印。鉴藏印有“秦汉十印斋藏”、“张吉熊印”、“日藻珍玩”3方。

　　作品乃沈度62岁时书。结字端正严谨，笔笔工致稳健，体态珠圆玉润，表现出精湛的功力，是“台阁体”的经典之作。只是因过于关注精巧与雅致，故笔墨较少变化，这也是“台阁体”千人一面、千篇一体的通病。清代书家王文治曾制诗赞曰：“沈家兄弟直词垣，簪笔俱承不次恩。端雅正宜书制诰，至今馆阁有专门。”此诗正解释了沈度为何多书“箴”、“铭”一类文体，而少见自作诗文之现象。

The work was written by Shen Du at the age of 62. It is a classic work of "Tai Ge Style". Just because too much attention is paid to delicacy and elegance, there is less change in pen and ink, which is also a common fault of "Tai Ge Style". Wang Wenzhi, a calligrapher in the Qing Dynasty, once wrote poems and praised them: "The brothers of Shen's family have no less grace for their straight lines. Duan Yazheng suits book-making instruction, so far the library has a special cabinet. This poem explains why Shen Du wrote many books such as "proverbs" and "inscriptions", but seldom wrote his own poems.
