The wind blows all things, and the green dyes the earth. Spring is the season when everything recovers and sows hope. Since ancient times, artists have paid much attention to the change of time sequence. They pour their emotional thoughts into the pen and describe the pleasant spring scenery. In this vibrant season, the China Art Museum has launched a series of "collection activation" exhibitions, such as "magnificent rivers and mountains - Exhibition of works on landscape and landscape in China's art collection", "visible national style - Exhibition of folk art works in the year of the tiger in the China Art Museum", "ordinary extraordinary - Exhibition of Li Pingfan's creative and donated works", which gather a large number of works depicting the spring of nature, the spring of the heart and the spring of the times, bringing the atmosphere of spring. Let's walk into the art museum, into the bright spring, and feel the poetic spring. This is the spring with beautiful expectations. The expectation of spring and the wish for a happy life are often reflected in the rich and colorful folk life, as well as in the wonderful folk art in the form of modeling. People greet the arrival of the Spring Festival in the form of New Year pictures, foil the festivity of the festival in the form of paper cutting, reproduce the pleasant scene by means of color sculpture, feel the mighty spring breeze with the flying of kites, taste the spring and autumn of life in shadow puppets, and experience the undivided childlike innocence in toys. "Visible national style - folk art exhibition in the year of the tiger in the Chinese Art Museum" is divided into four chapters: "a hundred tigers make spring", "spring wind turns into scissors", "spring harmony and bright scenery" and "spring is full of garden". It includes more than 160 folk art works in the collection, covering new year pictures, paper cuts, shadow puppets, colored sculptures, kites and other categories, showing the unique cultures and customs of different nationalities and regions in China. "Children come back early from school. They are busy putting paper kites in the east wind." It is the season of flying kites in spring. The kite works of the four famous kite producing areas and important schools in Beijing, Tianjin, Weifang and Nantong are rough and bold, lively and exquisite, bright and gorgeous, or light and elegant, condensing the aesthetic ideal, cultural connotation and romantic and detached artistic temperament of the Chinese nation. In the exhibition hall, Hao deli's kite "dragon head centipede" is hanging in the air, light and flexible, especially conspicuous. The kite is composed of a three-dimensional faucet and more than 30 sections of "centipede test" symbolizing the body, with a total length of more than 10 meters. It is the largest kite in the Chinese Art Museum. "Shayan" is the most representative kite style in Beijing. Nini, one of the mascots of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, is designed according to Shayan kite. The kite "five fish swallow" by HA queming on display draws red and blue goldfish on the body of the swallow, giving a beautiful meaning. In addition, the New Year pictures, such as "a happy spring day" and "flying kites in ten beautiful pictures", also show the happy scene of flying kites in spring. This is a spring full of new images of the times. From the White Mountains and black waters to the snowy plateau, from the northwest border to the thousands of miles of sea, from grasslands and pastures to the water towns in the south of the Yangtze River, the red is strong, the green is full, the yellow is dazzling, the white is pure and the black is plump. The land of China, with beautiful mountains and rivers, is full of spring. Since ancient times, generations of master painters have traveled through nature, accumulated their hearts, and painted great rivers and mountains with brilliant pen. These works not only depict the form and spirit of nature, but also integrate humanistic ideals, and interpret the creative concept of "pen and ink should follow the times" with a variety of aesthetic paradigms. Whether after the founding of new China, the period of reform and opening up, or entering a new era, the mountains and rivers created by artists all show different faces with the change and innovation of aesthetic style. These works are born out of the affectionate image of a child, rooted in the great practice of China's social progress, and show the new image of the times. "Magnificent rivers and mountains - landscape and landscape works exhibition in China's art collection" selects more than 130 works, covering art categories such as Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, watercolor and sculpture. It is divided into five chapters: "towering mountains", "new image of the times", "great cause of construction", "poetic habitat" and "image of nature". It conveys feelings with things and expresses aspirations with beautiful words. Yang xianrang's print "spring" shows the scene of people's spring work in a romantic way; He Haixia's Chinese painting "spring in the field" is full of green water and red flowers; Lu Shi's Chinese painting "good spring scenery" uses a large red halo to depict the happy time of children's spring outing in the peach forest; Cui Kaixi's oil painting spring in Beijing, created in 2008, takes the "bird's nest", the main venue of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, as the background, coupled with rose flowers and tourists, is a spring full of expectations; He Jialin's Chinese painting "Symphony of spring" focuses on the spring of 2020. Under the situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, people are returning to work and production in an orderly manner... In these moving works integrating the artist's personal image, the weather of the times and the natural scene, the audience can not only feel the flavor of the times, but also see the footprints of the strivers and the creation of the people. This is the spring of warm love. As the name suggests, the works of printmaker Li Pingtan are mostly based on ordinary life, fresh and simple, with refined strokes, smooth lines and bright colors. They explore and express beauty in life, see delicacy in the ordinary and extraordinary in the ordinary. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Li Pingfan's birth, "ordinary and extraordinary - Li Pingfan's creative and donated Works Exhibition" selected more than 100 works from more than 1600 works he donated to the China Art Museum. It is divided into two parts: "extraordinary knife and pen" and "extraordinary gift". There are not only prints, Chinese paintings and art diaries created by Li Pingfan, but also Japanese ukiyo paintings, Japanese modern prints, Japanese library tickets and other international prints donated by Li Pingfan, It reflects the artist's extraordinary creation and great love. Entering the exhibition hall, a large number of works with children as the theme came face to face. The children of different skin colors and nationalities in Li Pingping's works are flexible, lovely, childish and brilliant. Among them, "we want peace" won the silver award at the 1959 Leipzig international Printmaking Exhibition in Germany, which can especially reflect Li Pingping's artistic characteristics and is also a classic in Chinese art works. The picture depicts three children in turn, namely yellow, white and black. The children in front embrace the dove of peace, while the two behind put their small hands on the shoulders of the children in front, showing the closeness and desire for peace of Asian, African, European and American children. The engraved lines are strong and powerful, the colors are harmonious and clear, and the works are full of decorative style. In addition to the representative printmaking works, the art diary is also one of the highlights of the exhibition. For a long time, art diary was the main way of Li Pingfan's creation. He replaced words with lines and colors, recorded every bit of life on paper, and endowed ordinary life with poetry and painting. Shuttling through these small exquisite sketches, the audience can also feel the warmth of life and the ordinary and meaningful beauty.
