 Eberle was born in Robert, Munich, Eberle; his father was also a painter. At Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, he studied Carle von Piloty since 1860. For second years he succeeded with a piece called Pfandung der Letzten bar (the last cattle of the mortgage), William Unger's carving.
