高其佩，字韦之，铁岭人。清代官员、画家，指画的开山祖师。康熙时以荫由宿州知州迁四川按察使，雍正间擢都统，后罢去。工诗善画，所绘人物山水，均苍浑沉厚，尤善指画，晚年遂不再用笔。 清代高其佩八骏图轴，绢本266.8x162.6厘米，台北故宫博物院藏。 释文：苜蓿平川数十里。几株杨柳秋风里。两驹并驰若惊鸿。一匹龁草闲且喜。卧者有二立者一。老马磨痒如龙视。就中紫骝独称神。滚地烟尘幅上起。奚官无视但立望。两人客与踈林底。古人画马用秋毫。铁岭老人用十指。腕下生风行足云。指头随意传神髓。悬之高堂秋意多。哂余兴在南海子。雍正甲寅畅月。宝亲王长春居士题。(梁诗正代笔) 清代高其佩指画双骏图，185x131.5厘米，台北故宫博物院藏。 本幅为高其佩临终之作，绘制粗放豪爽，画风朴拙野悍。 平川苜蓿烟濛濛，一株老柳秋阳中......自今绘苑传奇观，不在毫端在指端。 宝亲王长春居士题时甲寅秋七月。(梁诗正代笔)
