欧豪年美术作品

欧豪年教授，出生于中国广东茂名（今隶吴川）。早年离乡赴港，十七岁即师事岭南画派巨擘赵少昂先生，力学精研，卓然自成大家。欧氏于1970年由香港来台，执教中国文化大学美术系，并任台湾艺术大学研究所。迄今，对台湾的美术教育及艺术发展，贡献良多，且因数十年来不断应邀在海外各地展出，备受国际艺坛之肯定与推崇，乃於1991年赴英、法、德、荷、比、奥、西各国个展，名满国际。并于1993年获膺法国国家美术学会巴黎大宫博物馆双年展特奖，续于1994年即1995年，先后获颁韩国圆光大学荣誉哲学博士与美国印第安那波里斯大学荣誉文学博士，其艺术成就之卓著於此可见一斑。

欧教授从事艺术创作，极重视师法造化的写生功夫，作品多取材于现实生活，讲究写实的技巧，他也注重作品内在的气质、意境、情趣，坚持中国画应具备有自己独特的民族风格，此种立足本土，而同时兼容西画技法的创作方式，大大丰富了岭南画派的艺术表现力，为岭南画派探索出新的艺术道路，并将此一画派真正带入东方艺术的主流。
