 李胜洪，湖北人。毕业于湖北艺术学院。现为中国书协会员、海南省书协副主席、美国兰亭笔会顾问、海南省委办公厅干部。任中国书法院副院长、中国艺术研究院硕士生导师、全国刻字艺术展评委、国家一级美术师，文化部群星奖及全国刻字艺术作品展评委。上个世纪80年代开始发表书法作品。其作品追求厚重的笔墨文化传统与现代审美取向之间的有机融合，以丰富多姿而飘逸隽永的艺术表现而在当代书坛独树一帜。作品作为国礼或被海内外各机构、博物馆、名人等收藏。中国中央电视台、日本NHK电视台以及韩国、新加坡等专业刊物、重要传媒曾作专题报道。编著有《中国书法》、《书家必携》、《中国当代书法名家—李胜洪新作》等专著及《中国书法与汉字艺术》、《当代文化语境下的书法创作理路》等一批学术理论文章。近年来，其学术主张、教学成果及艺术风格令人瞩目。作为中国书法申请成为“人类非物质文化遗产”的积极倡导者和申报工作具体负责人，并首创《中国书法年度报告》制度等，在书坛产生积极、深远影响。两度被评为“中国书坛十大年度人物”。

艺术成绩

其幼濡翰墨，在名师指导下习书各体，尤醉行草。作品注重意韵表现和整体观照，结体多变，笔随神弛，一任自然。书法及刻字作品多次入选国际、全国性书法（刻字）艺术大展，屡次获奖；应邀出访韩、日、新、美、法及港澳台等几十个国家和地区进行展览或艺术交流。其作品、书论及艺术评介散见于《中国书法》、《书法报》等专业刊物和《中国书法选集》等辞书典籍，镌刻于各大碑林，百余件作品被中南海、全国政协、国家博物馆、毛主席纪念堂、名胜碑林、艺术画廊及海内外著名人士所收藏。荣获法国“欧中文化交流大使奖”、中国书协“‘德艺双馨’艺术家”等各种社会荣誉称号。中央电视台等新闻媒体曾作专题报道。作品和艺术传略入编《中国当代书法家辞典。等。出版《千字散文行字贴》等。

 Li Shenghong was born in Hubei in 1955. Number Boweng, Master of Yangxintang. Famous contemporary calligrapher and engraving artist. Artists at the national level and experts in special allowances from the State Council. He is currently the Standing Vice President of the Chinese Calligraphy Court of the Chinese Academy of Art, the director of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, the consultant of Lanting Pen Association of the United States, the tutor of postgraduate students, the National Calligraphy Carving Exhibition and the judges of the "Stars Award" of the Ministry of Culture. He has been an invited judge of international visual art exhibitions in France, Macao and so on. Calligraphy works were published in the 1980s. His works pursue the organic integration between the heavy cultural tradition of brush and ink and the modern aesthetic orientation, which is unique in the contemporary literary world with its rich and elegant and meaningful artistic expression. Works are collected as national ceremonies or by institutions, museums and celebrities at home and abroad. China Central Television, Japan's NHK Television and professional journals such as Korea and Singapore, as well as important media have made special reports. He has compiled a number of monographs such as "Chinese Calligraphy", "Calligraphers Will Carry", "Chinese Contemporary Calligrapher-Li Shenghong's New Works" and a number of academic and theoretical articles such as "Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese Character Art" and "Calligraphic Creation Theory in Contemporary Cultural Context". In recent years, its academic ideas, teaching achievements and artistic style have attracted much attention. As an active advocate of Chinese calligraphy application for "intangible cultural heritage of mankind" and a specific person in charge of the declaration work, and the first "annual report of Chinese calligraphy" system, it has a positive and far-reaching impact in the calligraphy world. He was twice named "Ten Persons of the Year in Chinese Book Circle".
