朱尽晖，男，1968年8月生，上海人，2001年11月入党，1991年8月参加工作，全日制大学学历、艺术学学士，在职研究生学历、文学博士，二级教授、博士生导师。陕西省教学名师、四个一批人才。现任西安美术学院党委委员、副院长。
作品获奖并入选第九、第十届全国美展、第十一届中国艺术节等国家级展览，出版专著六部，学术论文发表CSSCI期刊及权威核心期刊30余篇，主持国家级重大科研项目10余项。
2007年毕业于西安美术学院中国画系并获文学博士学位，2012年西北大学国家重点中国史学科博士后流动站研究经历。
曾担任西安美术学院装饰艺术系教研室主任、工作室主任、美术馆馆长、美术博物馆馆长、科研创作处处长。
2018年6月，任西安美术学院党委委员、副院长。

Zhu Jihui, male, born in August 1968, Shanghai native, joined the Party in November 2001, took part in work in August 1991, full-time university degree, Bachelor of Arts, in-service postgraduate degree, Doctor of Literature, second-level professor, doctoral supervisor. Shaanxi's famous teachers and four groups of talents. He is currently a member and vice president of the Party Committee of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts.
His works were selected into the 9th, 10th National Art Exhibition, 11th China Art Festival and other national exhibitions. Six monographs were published, more than 30 CSSCI journals and authoritative core journals were published in academic papers, and more than 10 major national research projects were presided over.
He graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 2007 with a Doctorate in Literature. In 2012, he worked in the post-doctoral mobile station of the National Key Chinese History Department of Northwest University.
He has served as director of teaching and research department, director of studio, curator of art museum, curator of Art Museum and director of scientific research and Creation Department of decoration art department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts.
In June 2018, he was appointed member and vice president of the Party Committee of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts.
