傅钢，1982年2月毕业于上海师范大学美术系，是上海美术家协会会员、上海美协水彩画会理事；同时也是上海市上海中学的美术特级教师，上海市教育学会美术教学专业委员会会员、上海市教委教研室美术学科中心组成员、上海中学艺术总指导、艺术教研组组长。
傅钢老师是文革后第一批美术专业本科毕业生，擅长油画和水粉画。二十多年来的教学之余，他在绘画创作中投入了很大的精力。多年来的努力，使其在上海美术界有了一席之地。他于1998年被评为上海市的百名画家之一。1999年他的作品入选第九届全国美展，并被评为优秀奖，能从这个最具权威性的国家大展中获奖，在上海普教系统的美术教师中几乎是没有的。除此之外，他还参加过许多国际性、全国性、上海市的各类专业画展，如第七届中国水彩画大展，首届中国青年水彩画大展，第五届中国水彩、粉画展等。上海教育电视台《诗与画》栏目也对他的作品作过专题介绍。
作为画家型的中学美术教师在全上海普教界并不多见，然而傅钢老师却十分热爱中学美术教育事业。由于创作思维的活跃以及对绘画语言的不断探索，使得他能敏锐地抓住现实生活中的文化现象和现代艺术的表现特征，在课堂上和学生一起进行讨论，对现代艺术的表现手法进行分析透视，从而成为深受学生欢迎的教师。在这里，专业上的成功和教学上的发展，两者相得益彰。
