王飚(1939.3—)安徽歙县人。擅长水彩画、中国画。舟山师范学校毕业。浙江省美协常务理事、舟山美协主席，舟山群艺馆副研究馆员。作品《海山图》获第七届全国美展铜奖，《夕阳》获第二届中国当代山水画展二等奖；作品入选第一届、第二届全国水彩画展和第六届、七届、八届全国美展，《游园》获中国水彩画大展铜奖、《被遗忘的老屋》获全国水彩画展优秀作品奖。出版有《王飚画集》。
