徐启中（1939.7-）字述之，晚年自号四明山叟。浙江余杭人，生于舟山市定海区大沙乡西岙村。1955年舟山中学初中毕业，1956年在定海城关第二中心小学任美术课老师。徐启中系中国美术家协会会员，中国翰墨促进会员，中国文化艺术发展促进会会员，中国科协自然科学专门学会会员，舟山书画院院士。擅长中国画。曾任浙江舟山市美协秘书长。舟山市群众艺术馆美术研究室创作干部。作品有中国画《海风》组画和《新疆》风光系列、《亘古绵绵》、《春潮》、《海天佛国》、《曙光》、《红驼》，版画《海岛风情》系列等，出版有《徐启中画集》。1990年中国画《小憩》获浙江省、新疆、宁厦美术作品联展优秀奖；1991年中国画《曙光》获浙江省庆祝建党70周年美展铜奖；2002年中国画《秋溪》和个人传略入选由中国画报社出版的大型画册《走向世界的中国》。2000年出版第一本个人画册《中国实力派书画家之一徐启中画集》。
