李梦玲，女，天津市人，国家一级美术师。中国美术家协会会员。中国雕塑家协会会员。1961年毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系，统一分配到云南。初在云南从事教学工作，后在云南省博物馆工作。1983年应聘到南京雕塑工作室从事城市雕塑工作，1985年调至江苏省美术馆从事专业制作，1995年退休，作品多次参加全国美展及城市雕塑展并获奖。
