张长松，男，1933年生，河南宝丰人，西安国画艺术研究院院长，西安美院高教中心教授，中国美协会员，西安美协理事，一级美术师。
自幼爱画，从师石鲁、康师尧先生。作品《萱花》1957年入选“第六届世界青年美展”在莫斯科展出，获中华人民共和国文化部三等奖；《好好学》1958年入选全国美展，在北京和日本、德国展出；《春风》1997年、《雪梅》1999年分别在文化部和中国美协主办的美展出中获奖。西安市委宣传部分别在1986年和1999年授予他“荣誉证”和“嘉奖证”。2000年被评为西安市文联首届“德艺双馨”优秀会员。2001年陕西省文联授予第二届“德艺双馨”优秀会员荣誉称号。从事中国画创作50余年，作品在国内外30多个国家和地区展出130余次，荣获文化部、中国美协等颁发的美术作品奖30余次。曾获西安市美术创作“荣誉证”、“嘉奖证”和首届“德艺双馨”优秀会员荣誉称号。作品在《人民日报》、《美术报》、《中国书画报》等数十家报刊杂志发表。作品由文化部艺术局、毛主席纪念堂等单位收藏。
