倪建鸣：浙江海宁人，1958年出生于杭州，1978年入伍，1987年南京艺术学院毕业，2000年中国美协高研班毕业，长期从事军队文化工作。美术作品先后入选第六、十、十一届全国美术作品展，“翰墨丹心”全国美术书法精品展，全军第八、九、十、十一届美术作品展，全军“绿色时空”美术作品精品展，庆祝建军80周年全国美术作品展，全军赴港澳美术作品精品展，“七彩世纪”中国画大展，现代都市水墨画展，南北方中国画大展，历届江苏省山水画展，建党90周年江苏省美术作品展。2008年被《美术观点》编辑部评为“全军40位当代有突出成就的军族美术家”。
现为南京军区联勤部宣传干事，中国美术家协会会员、江苏省国画院特聘画家，中国人民解放军美术书法研究院艺委委员。
