  The fourth and fifth deputy secretaries-general of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, deputy director of the evaluation committee, deputy director of the academic committee, and the seventh deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Artists Association. He is currently the Art Director of Rong Baozhai and the Deputy Director of the Drafting Committee of the Chinese Calligrapher Association. Chief Interview Expert of Calligraphy Major, Ministry of Education. Zhang Xuguang, tutor of the Calligraphy Art Studio of Tsinghua University, visiting professor of the Institute of Calligraphy of Peking University, Vice Chairman of the Calligrapher Association of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and Special Professor of Calligraphy of the United Nations. He was awarded the Lanting Award and Art Award for Chinese Calligraphy.

Zhang Xuguang advocated "re-reading classics" and proposed "exploring the modern torrent of calligraphy tradition with modern aesthetic consciousness, so as to make the creation come from the source of the traditional river and stand on the tide of the times, that is, the old is new, towards the future". He put forward such ideas as "arrival and taste", "development of new postings" and "activation of Tang Kai", as well as his creation.

Since 1988, Zhang Xuguang has held individual works exhibitions and exchange lectures in China Art Museum, Japan, Korea, the United States and United Nations Headquarters, and lectures and special programs in CCTV, China Education Television and CCDTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel. His works have been published in Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People and Chinese Art. Museum, Military Museum, Jingxi Hotel, Japan, Korea and European and American countries collect; Publishing monographs include regular scripts, eight lectures on running scripts, 17 notes by Zhang Xuguang, Modern Calligraphy Library Zhang Xuguang, Zhang Xuguang Series Art Series (four volumes), Zhang Xuguang's Poetry and Calligraphy, and Central Number. Lecture on Character TV Calligraphy Techniques (Lecture 42) CD-ROM, and many articles have been published. He has successively served as deputy director of the evaluation committee of the flange Pavilion prize for Chinese calligraphy, the 8th National Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition, the 9th National Calligraphy Seal Carving Exhibition and the National Youth Exhibition.

Beilan Pavilion was founded in 1988. For five consecutive years, exhibitions, donations, teaching, seminars and calligraphy TV evenings were held. Since 2012, for six consecutive years, North Lanting Painters and Calligraphers have organized exhibitions and lectures at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, Columbia University and South Korea, opening a series of activities for Chinese calligraphy to enter the world. In December 2017, the Paris Exhibition of Zhang Xuguang's Cursive Calligraphy Art was sponsored by UNESCO.

His works have been collected from the collection of calligraphy works in Zhongnanhai, the collection of 97 Chinese calligraphers'calligraphy and Hong Kong's basic calligraphy and ink treasures, the collection of works of famous Chinese calligraphers, the Complete Collection of Contemporary Chinese Art and Calligraphy Volume, and many other large-scale works. His works have successively been inscribed on stone tablets in Qufu, Quyuan and Yueyang Tower. Central South China Sea, Military Museum and Collections of Japan, Singapore, Korea and European and American Countries.

His works have been selected for several major exhibitions, such as the National Exhibition, the China Youth Exhibition and the Famous Artists Exhibition, and have been included in many large-scale calligraphy collections, such as the Collection of Chinese Famous Calligraphers, the Complete Works of Contemporary Chinese Art, Calligraphy Volume, and so on. He has been inscribed on stone tablets in Qufu and Yueyang Tower, and has been inscribed in Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People, the Chinese Art Museum, the Beijing West Hotel and Japanese, Korean and European and American collections.

Publishing monographs include regular script, running script textbooks, modern calligraphy library Zhang Xuguang volume, Zhang Xuguang Calligraphy Collection, Zhang Xuguang Series Art Series (four volumes), Zhang Xuguang Poetry Calligraphy, running script technique, copy of running script and creation CD-ROM, and many articles have been published. He has successively served as deputy director of the evaluation committee of the flange Pavilion Award for Chinese books, the Eighth National Exhibition, the Ninth National Exhibition and the First Youth Exhibition, and is responsible for the organization and evaluation. Chen Zhongzhe, alias Chen Nanzhang, male, Han nationality, was born in Yongjia, Zhejiang Province in December 1969. He is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Philosophy Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Party member, Ph.D. of Peking University, member of Xiling Printing Society, member of Chinese Calligrapher Association, member of Academic Committee, member of Chinese Artists Association and member of Xiling Printing Society.

 Calligraphy works were selected into the "Snow Heart Society" Calligraphy Exhibition of Japan in 1989 (sponsored by the Wenzhou Calligrapher Association and the "Snow Heart Society" of Aichi Prefecture, Japan).

In July 1993, the calligraphy work Li Bai Deng Gao Looking Over the Telescope was awarded the Excellent Prize of the Fifth National Young and Middle-aged Calligraphy Seal Carver Works Exhibition (sponsored by the Chinese Calligrapher Association, venue: Museum of Chinese Revolutionary History)

 Calligraphic works were published in the Journal of Calligraphy and Painting in 1993 (No. 3)

 In November 1993, the calligraphy works won the second prize of the Second International Broken Calligraphy Exhibition (sponsored by Jiangsu Calligrapher Association, Japan Dongyang Calligraphy Art Society, venue: Zhenjiang Cultural Palace, Jiangsu Province).
