张世俊，男，1942年12月出生于天津市。1962年参军，长期在北京卫戍区任职。1987年转业到西城区委工作。2004年从区政协主席岗位离职后任西城区文联主席。现为北京书法家协会艺术顾问、中国书法家协会会员、北京作家协会会员、中国生态书画院常务副院长。

其自幼追随津门书家魏伯华研习书法。七岁始临柳公权"玄秘塔"，并深入学习唐楷及多种碑帖，后学二王，兼取诸家之长，临池不辍。

其书作点画瘦硬刚劲，结构严谨峭拔，章法自然散淡;用墨润泽，与其点画、结构、章法相得益彰，形成清新淡雅、不激不厉，优美的典雅书风。

在部队和地方曾撰写各种文章在"人民日报"、"解放军报"、"人民政协报"、"北京日报"、"红旗"、"军事学术"、"海内与海外"等报刊杂志发表，曾策划并主编《西城赋》、《文渊艺海-北京西城历史文化名人荟萃》大型展览并集结出版，策划创办《北京西城报》及《西城文苑》文学刊物，主编《阜景文化街》、《杏坛撷英》、《京城什刹海》、《胡同春秋》等文史丛书。

书法作品被宋庆龄故居、北京市人大常委会、首都图书馆以及日本东京中野区博物馆收藏。为山东曲阜"论语碑苑"及泰山、北京百望山、黑龙江北大荒等地书法刻石，书作也曾多次作为礼品赠送美国、德国、日本、印尼等国及香港、澳门、台湾地区友好人士。著有《张世俊诗词书法集》、《悟之斋文存》。

 Zhang Shijun, male, was born in Tianjin in December 1942. He joined the army in 1962 and served in Beijing garrison area for a long time. In 1987, he was transferred to the Xicheng District Committee. After leaving the post of chairman of CPPCC in 2004, he served as chairman of Xicheng Cultural Union. He is now an art consultant of the Beijing Calligrapher Association, a member of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, a member of the Beijing Writers Association and the executive vice president of the Chinese Eco-Calligraphy and Painting Academy.

From childhood, he followed Wei Bohua, a calligrapher in Jinmen, to study calligraphy. At the age of seven, Liu Gongquan began to study the "mysterious pagoda" of Tang Kai and a variety of tablets. Later, he learnt from the two kings and took the advantages of various families, and Linchi never stopped.

His paintings are thin, rigid, rigorous and precise in structure, and the rules are naturally light; his paintings, structures and rules complement each other with moist ink, forming a fresh, elegant, non-drastic and graceful elegant style of calligraphy.

Various articles have been published in newspapers and magazines such as "People's Daily", "PLA Daily", "People's Political Consultative Conference Daily", "Beijing Daily", "Red Banner", "Military Academy", "Domestic and Overseas". They have planned and edited large-scale exhibitions such as "Xicheng Fu", "Wenyuan Yihai-Beijing Xicheng Historical and Cultural Celebrities Gathering" and assembled them. Edition, planning and founding of "Beijing Xicheng Newspaper" and "Xicheng Wenyuan" literary journals, editor-in-chief of "Fujing Cultural Street", "Xingtan Picking Ying", "Shichahai in Beijing" and "Hutong Spring and Autumn" series of literary and historical books.

Calligraphy works were collected by Song Qingling's former residence, the Standing Committee of the Beijing People's Congress, the Capital Library and the Nagano Museum in Tokyo, Japan. For Shandong Qufu "Analects of Confucius Stele Garden" and Taishan, Beijing Baiwangshan, Heilongjiang Beidahuang and other places, calligraphy has been many times as gifts to the United States, Germany, Japan, Indonesia and other countries as well as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan friendly personages. His works include Zhang Shijun's Collection of Poetry and Calligraphy and Wu Zhizhai Wencun.
