李锐钧回族1961年生于天津，进修于天津美院，中国美术家协会会员，中国文化管理学会委员，中国人才艺术委员会委员，国家一级国画师，天津美术家协会会员，天津青年美协副主席，天津市政协书画艺术研究会理事，政协天津市红桥区委员会委员。获“天津市十佳青年美术家”称号，获“中国2010年上海世博会生命阳光才艺展示世博之星”称号，获“天津市十一五残疾人自强模范”称号，获“天津市集善新星”称号。

2012年12月4日由天津市美术家协会、天津市文化艺术传播公司、天津韵道文化传播有限公司、央视网管理观察频道联合主办的微电影纪录片《美丽的孔雀—记画家李锐钧》展映会成功举行。
《美丽的孔雀—记画家李锐钧》是以纪实类的形式拍摄的一部微电影。该片以纪实的手法通过个人追述、专家访谈、实地拍摄、作画过程和作品展示等视听语言，表现画家李锐钧艺术的成长之路和人生的奋进之路。影片灵感来自于李锐钧擅长的孔雀画，借孔雀表现他的品格与精神。该片已参加“滨海国际微电影节”，并在央视网管理观察频道面向全国播放[2]。　
2010年5月作为天津市才艺展示代表团成员之一，参加了上海世博会。在“生命阳光馆”向中外游客和嘉宾展示才艺，取得了圆满成功。其间国务院副总理回良玉、全国政协副主席邓朴方、全国政协常委、中残联主席张海迪亲临现场参观并给予很高的评价。张海迪主席在参观完李锐钧的作品后，题词“艺术之树常青”。
2010年应天津夏季达沃斯论坛组委会邀请，创作题为《兴业尚德》（孔雀）大幅国画作品赠送给论坛，表达了对夏季达沃斯论坛召开的美好祝愿。
2010年由中国文化管理学会及今晚传媒集团赴台湾参访小记者团将李锐钧在2010年上海世博会参展期间精心创作的国画《桃园举贤》(孔雀)作品，做为官礼赠送给中国国民党荣誉主席吴伯雄先生和台湾地区新党党主席郁慕明先生，为增进两岸的文化交流做出了贡献。

绘画风格

多年来李锐钧醉心沉浸于中国传统绘画及美学、哲学思想的探究和领悟之中。一方面从中国传统文化的审美领域中，领悟对文化的感觉，探究意象及其成像的基本规律，逐渐地自然反映了对时代文化感觉的把握能力与表现能力，另一方面不断提高研究笔墨的内涵与表现手法，从传统汲取营养并赋予时代的审美。李锐钧的孔雀作品，正是在这种对绘画艺术敬畏之心下，经过他十几年的不断写生、观摩、探索，集各家流派之长，形成了自己独特的孔雀绘画语言和表现形式。他注重刻画孔雀眼睛的传神和高傲优雅的懿态。运用工写兼备的手法，把孔雀繁复的翎羽结构，概括凝练地表现出来。同时展现出羽翎丰富的层次感和虚实关系，其翎眼的色彩也得到了概括提炼，表现出孔雀婀娜多姿和尾羽的飘动感。
