王刚，1965年7月生于天津，毕业于天津美术学院，现为天津财经大学艺术学院视觉艺术设计教研室副主任、教授。中国美术家协会会员，中国高校美术家协会理事，天津市美术家协会插图·装帧艺术委员会副主任、秘书长，天津市美术家协会水彩专业委员会常务副秘书长，天津包装技术协会设计委员会理事，天津民进开明画院理事。
