滑寒冰，1969年生，河南人，1994年华中师范大学美术系毕业，获硕士学位。中国美术家协会天津分会会员，天津市师德先进个人，现任天津财经大学艺术学院教授。
代表作品《棱子蟹》入选第十届全国美术作品展；《脊梁》入选第十二届全国美术作品展。绘画作品获国家级优秀奖2项，省部级银奖3项、铜奖2项、优秀奖6项，入选奖15项；局级成果金奖1项、佳作奖1项。
出版《中国当代名家——滑寒冰风景名胜精品集》、《素描之源》、《水彩静物写生技法》、《存在的空间浪漫主义》、《视觉文化语境中传统图式的创新性研究》等多部画册及专著。
2003年7月，作品《蟹》获天津市2003水彩画精品展银奖。
2003年9月，作品《海蟹》获第二届中国美术金彩奖全国美术作品展优秀奖，在中国美术馆展出并收藏。
2004年9月，作品《棱子蟹》入选第十届全国美术作品展，并获天津市美术作品展铜奖。
2009年6月，作品《圣宴》获天津市第十一届美术作品展银奖。
2012年10月，作品《家宴》获中国第十六届“群星奖”美术、书法、摄影优秀作品展优秀奖，并获天津市“群星奖”美术作品展金奖。
2013年1月，作品《南海归来》获天津市第八届青年美术作品展银奖。
2014年6月，作品《脊梁》入选第十二届全国美术作品展，并获天津市第十二届美术作品展铜奖。
2015年8月，作品《尧年舜日》应邀参加《关爱和平——禁核世界和平艺术精品展》。
