陈新(1930.9—)河北泊头交河人。擅长书籍装帧、版画。曾在天津私立美术学院学习。1949年开始从事书籍装帧设计。现任百花文艺出版社美编室主任，编审。中国出版协会装帧艺委会顾问。作品《丁香》、《水乡的孩子》、《运筹》等参加全国美展。作品《老舍》由中国美术馆收藏。1996年获鲁迅版画奖。出版有《装帧艺术散论》。
