陈琪，1958年8月生于浙江浦江，原为军旅画家。展出作品百余幅，深受行家好评。其中《梅石图》等十幅作品为上海美术馆收藏。现为中国美术家协会会员、上海市美术家协会副秘书长。

陈琪作品《箭在弦上》获建军60周年全国美展优秀奖（中国美术馆藏）、《愚公移山》入选全国建党70周年美展、《春夏秋冬》入选全国首届中国花鸟画展、《黎明静悄悄》、《林散之》入选第八届全国美展、《民乐双壁》入选“97全国中国画人物画展”，《荷塘月色》入选第九届全国美展、《从来不见梅花谱》入选全国中国画300家美展、《秋硕图》获2000年全国中国画展优秀作品奖，《沈钧儒》获建党80周年全国美展优秀作品奖。1994年在上海美术馆举办个人画展，1996年在上海外滩原市府大厦举办个人画展。

出版有《陈琪画集》、《陈琪中国画集》、《太湖风陈琪中国画集》、《陈琪中国画书法小品集》。为中国美术馆、上海美术馆等多家艺术馆收藏。曾应邀为美国总统克林顿和夫人做画。《融》获2005年上海美术大展艺术奖，《四季如歌》获2005年全国中国画百家精品展金奖。

 2009年《融》荣获第十一届全国美展中国画展，荣获提名奖；

 Chen Qi, born in Pujiang, Zhejiang Province in August 1958, was a military painter. More than 100 pieces of works were exhibited, which was highly praised by experts. Among them, ten works such as Meishi Tu are collected by Shanghai Art Museum. Now he is a member of China Artists Association and deputy secretary-general of Shanghai Artists Association.

Chen Qi's works "Arrow on the String" won the National Art Exhibition Excellent Award for the 60th Anniversary of the founding of the Army (Collection of the Chinese Art Museum), "Yugong Moving Mountains" was selected as the National Art Exhibition for the 70th Anniversary of the founding of the Party, and "Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter" was selected as the first Chinese Flower and Bird Painting Exhibition, "Silent Dawn", "Lin Sanzhi" was selected as the 8th National Art Exhibition and "97 National Chinese Painting Figure Painting Exhibition", "Moonlight of Lotus Pond" was selected as the 9th National Art Exhibition, "Never See Plum Blossom Spectrum" was selected as the 300 National Chinese Painting Exhibition, "Qiushuo Tu" was awarded the Excellent Works Award of the 2000 National Chinese Painting Exhibition, and "Shen Junru" was awarded the Excellent Works Award of the National Art Exhibition for the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party. In 1994, a personal painting exhibition was held in Shanghai Museum of Art, and in 1996, a personal painting exhibition was held in Shanghai Tanyuan Municipal Building.

Published are "Chen Qi Painting Collection", "Chen Qi Chinese Painting Collection", "Taihu Lake Wind Chen Qi Chinese Painting Collection", "Chen Qi Chinese Painting Calligraphy Collection". For the collection of China Art Museum, Shanghai Art Museum and many other art museums. He was invited to paint for US President Clinton and his wife. Rong was awarded the Art Prize of Shanghai Art Exhibition in 2005, and Four Seasons Like Songs was awarded the Gold Prize of the National Exhibition of 100 Chinese Paintings in 2005.

In 2009, Rong won the 11th National Art Exhibition, Chinese Painting Exhibition, and the nomination prize.

In 2006, he participated in "Contemporary Brush and Ink" 2006 Invitational Exhibition of Chinese Painting.

In 2005, Rong was awarded the Art Prize of Shanghai Art Exhibition in 2005.

"Four Seasons Like Songs" won the Gold Prize of the National Exhibition of 100 Chinese Paintings.

In 2004, "Question of Mei Tu" was invited to participate in the 2004 National Chinese Painting Exhibition.

In 2003, Golden Autumn was invited to participate in the 2003 National Chinese Painting Exhibition.

In 2001, Shen Junru was awarded the National Art Exhibition Excellent Works Award for the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

In 2000, "Qiushuotu" won the National Award for Excellent Chinese Painting Works in 2000.

In 1999, "Moonlight of Lotus Pond" was selected into the 9th National Art Exhibition, and "Never See Plum Blossom Spectrum" was selected into the 300 National Art Exhibition of Chinese Painting.

In 1997, Folk Music Shuangbi was selected into 97 National Chinese Painting Figure Painting Exhibition.

In 1994, "Silent Dawn" and "Lin Sanzhi" were selected into the 8th National Art Exhibition.

In 1991, "Yugong Moves Mountains" was selected as the Seventieth Anniversary art exhibition of the founding of the CPC.

Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter was selected as the first Chinese Flower and Bird Painting Exhibition.

The 1987 work "Arrow on the String" participated in the 60th Anniversary National Art Exhibition and was awarded the Excellence Award by the Ministry of Culture, the General Political Department and the Chinese Art Association of the State Council.
