王菽一，1984年11月生于安徽。2007年毕业于首都师范大学美术学院，获学士学位。2010年毕业于首都师范大学美术学院，获硕士学位。2013年考入中国艺术研究院研究生院攻读博士学位，师从刘大为先生。现为中国美术家协会会员、文化部青联委员。现任职于文化部中国艺术科技研究所。

Wang Shuyi, was born at Anhui in November 1984. Was graduated from academy of fine arts of capital Normal University 2007, obtain bachelor's degree. Was graduated from academy of fine arts of capital Normal University 2010, obtain master's degree. Took an examination of graduate school of Chinese artistic academy to assiduously study a doctor's degree 2013, master from Mr Liu Dawei. It is committee member of green couplet of ministry of Chinese artist academician, culture now. Currently hold the post ofduty Yu Wen to influence ministry China art institute of science and technology.
