陈箫，字梦英，别署半梦轩主，惊蛰雨，一九五九年二月生，河北人，毕业于河北师大中文系，结业于中国美术家协会首期人物画高研班，后研修于北京画院，毕业于中国艺术研究院中国美术创作院创作研究生班，先后师承吕云所、刘大为、刘国辉、杜滋龄、石齐等诸多名家，现为中国美术家协会会员.文化部国韵文华书画院画家.中国工商银行美术家协会副主席.北京画院石齐工作室画家。定居北京。
陈箫善写西部人物风情，1999年国画《冰山雪莲》被北京天安门城楼收藏；2001年《西部的呼唤》获“走进西部”中国书画艺术大赛邀请展“特金奖”；2002年《戈壁清泉》入选“纪念毛泽东延安文艺座谈会讲话”发表60周年全国美术作品展；2005年《汲水图》获“和谐盛世——百名将军、百名部长、百名画家书画展”优秀奖；2006年4月，《大漠飞歌》获“中日首届浦乡樱花杯书画艺术展‘金奖’”；2006年《惊吻罗布泊》入选中国美术家协会举办的纪念中国工农红军长征胜利七十周年全国中国画作品展；<<藏北人家>>获中国美协举办的第八届大连艺博会优秀奖;<<西风秋韵>>入选中国美协主办的纪念中国改革开放三十年全国美术作品展;<<秋漠如烟>>获2008年全国中国画作品展优秀奖.作品多次在国家博物馆，军事博物馆，世纪坛艺术馆展出，在北京、广东等地举办个展。《中国书画报》予以专版报道，在《名流中国》、《世界人文画报》、《财富与收藏》等刊物上予以介绍，河北电视台以《撒下一路驼铃声》为题作专题片予以报道。出版有《陈箫国画选》、《中国当代实力派画家——陈箫》。
