陈素霞,1969年生于河北，自幼习画，师从中国国家画院著名画家李宝林、梅墨生先生，系中国艺术研究院研究生，深得中国艺术研究院博士研究生导师、著名学者、画家邓福星先生的亲传。陈素霞的山水画笔墨精炼，气势雄浑，颇富传统气息。擅长山水画，兼攻写意花鸟。
中国美术家协会会员，中华人民共和国文化部青联美术工作委员、民建中央画院画师、中国历史文化名村英谈画院院长、澳门彩墨画院特聘画师、邢台市政协画院特聘画师、北戴河画院特聘画师、晋霖斋画馆艺术主持，邢台学院美术系讲师，当代卓有成就的中青年山水画家。
艺术年鉴：
2013年5月，被北京工商大学聘为书画客座教授；9月，参加香港嘉德利国际拍卖有限公司艺术交流学术研讨会议，被聘为艺术顾问。
2010年作品《云梦积翠》在上海世博会中国美术作品展获优秀奖并被收藏；作品《云雾山中》入选“和谐燕赵红色太行”展览。
2008年作品《溪山秋幽》入选首届中国画艺术双年展；作品《溪山叠嶂》入选中国画作品展；
2007年出版第二本个人画集；荣获第八届大连艺术博览会优秀作品奖。
