石延平，南京人、学者、山水画家、书画鉴赏家、美术史论家。在国内外核心刊物发表学术论著与艺术作品300余篇（部）；著有诗集《早年的春梦》、篆刻集《正觉精舍印稿》、美术论著《论新金陵画派》、《大匠之道》、画集《石延平山水画集》、散文集《随园散忆》等。绘画、篆刻作品在国内外大展赛中多次获奖。作品被博物院、美术馆及国家领导人收藏。
