贾宝珉，天津人。大学文化。1965年毕业于河北艺术师范学院中国画专业。天津美术学院中国画系教授，中国美术家协会会员，天津美术家协会理事。作品造型生动严谨，笔墨洗练精到，设色单纯典雅，构图考究多变，意境清新、恬静、幽谷、高雅，诗一般的艺术风格。作品多次在全国各省、市及日本、美国、意大利、俄罗斯、新加坡、香港等地展览。作品《秋获》人选东京“中国现代一流书画作品展”；《长寿》人选纽约“世界和平画展”；《和平之使》人选莫斯科“中国中青年国画精品展”；《雄鹰》人选全国第七届美展；《春临江岸》人选全国第八届美展，其书法作品《草书》人选“中国1990年赴日书展”；《一夜风雨》入选“全国首届花鸟画展”。作品《秋雨》入选2004年首届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。另有部分作品曾在《中国画》、《美术》、《迎春花》、《新作选》、《河南画报》等刊物发表，或收入《中青年花鸟画家作品选》、《佳作赏析》、《天津画家选集》、《贾宝珉花鸟画集》等。出版有《贾宝珉花鸟画》、《中国画基础》、《花鸟画技法问答》，其中《花卉画法》、《肖鸟画法》、《蔬果草虫》、《中国花鸟画》20余册理论著作，受到广大读者的好评。其艺术传略人典《世界华人艺术家成就博览大典》、《世界华人美术家年鉴》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《中国当代国画家辞典》、英国剑桥《世界名人录》等。
