刘皓，男，中国当代国画名家，擅长山水画创作，他的作品雄浑、阔达，充满着对祖国山水的热爱之情。作品被人民大会堂收藏，被称为天津市国画十大名家，代表作品有《水西庄图》《大山作证》等。
刘皓自十岁开始拜国画名家金梦鱼先生学习中国画。儿童时期多次参加画展并多次获奖。现为天津十大画家之一、天津美术家协会理事、天津画院一级画师。
1989年其巨幅画作被人民大会堂悬挂并收藏。
1991年两副巨幅画作被天安门城楼作为珍品收藏，并展出。
2002年北京众多老一辈画家对其传统绘画的修学给予高度评价，同年当选为天津市国画十大名家，经市政府确认发金牌授予“天津十大名家”荣誉称号。其参展作品受美术界和观众普遍赞誉，一跃成为天津美术界名流，被多家媒体采访、报导、播出。
作品“大山作证”入选全国画院双年展。
2004年天津市政协举办天津市建卫六百年大型画展，其巨幅作品“水西庄图”(五米)成为展品力作，受到全国政协书画会专家和美术界名流高度赞扬，进一步巩固其在天津国画名家地位。而“水西庄图”被多家报纸报道。其人其画更加广为人知。
