琚俊雄，1956年生于天津。毕业于天津美术学院美术教育系。中国美术家协会会员、天津美术家协会理事。现任琚俊雄新蕾出版社副社长、副总编辑。美术编审。著名中国国画画家白庚延先生入室弟子。多年来，潜心于中国人物画、山水画的创作。其作品多次参加展览并获奖，并被新闻媒体推介和报道。
