何元东

何东（何元东）：中国书画报社社长，天津美术学院教授、硕士研究生导师，国际书画艺术发展论坛秘书长，中国美术家协会会员。
1961年出生于天津市。1982年毕业于天津美术学院绘画系版画专业。
擅长藏族人物水墨画，作品入选第七届全国美展，获全国中国画展优秀作品奖，天津市美展一等奖，天津市青年美展金奖等。
多年主持全国书画界主流媒体中国书画报社工作。《中国书画报》获天津市优质报荣誉。
多次策划组织国际和全国性美术活动。曾在英国、法国、德国、澳大利亚、美国、加拿大、俄罗斯、巴西及东南亚多国艺术交流和办展。
编著出版有《中国书画信息大全》、《中国画评审标准谈》、《全国梅兰竹菊中国画作品集》、《北美华人百家书画集》、《美术活动策划》、《中国美术家何东》等。
主讲课程：现代媒体、美术传媒、传统人物造型等。
曾获天津市“五个一批”人才奖、天津市德艺双馨艺术家等称号。
十几年来画家曾多次深入到藏区，去感受雪域高原纯朴的民风，从而绿色高原系列作品应运而生。画家运用扎实的速写功底和敏锐的观察力，通过灵动而富有魅力的水墨线条，结合焦墨大胆地皴擦，并衬托醒目的绿色，与色墨的交融中，再现了画家心灵中藏民的形象、情感和梦想。
代表作品《圣域》、《风雪随冬去》、《无垠草原绿色梦》等。
