蔡金顺，1946年12月出生，现任天津群众艺术馆研究员，中国美术家协会会员，日本现代美术协会会员；兼任天津炎黄文化书画院副秘书长，天津师范大学艺术学院客座教授。擅长国画山水，得名师孙克纲、赵松涛真传，并研习黄宾虹、龚半千、石涛等名家作品。其画风苍茫浑厚，郁勃深隽。社会美术考级高级考官。擅长国画山水，师承赵松涛、孙克纲先生。作品入选全国八届美展，全国群星美术大展，并获优秀奖。入选纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表六十周年全国美术作品展览，入选第二届全国少数民族美术作品展览，入选全国第四届、第五届山水画作品展，六次入选日本现代美术作品展等。作品曾入编全国第八届和十三届群星奖作品集，全国第四届、第五届山水画作品集，日本第二十回现代美术作品集，全国中国画小品集等。
