陈钢，1958年生人、1983年毕业于天津美术学院绘画系，现为天津画院签约画家、天津市美术家协会会员、高级工艺美术师、天津市美协理事、天津大学艺术学院客座教授、梅江书画院副院长。1988年参加天津市第一工人文化宫举办的“津门书画百家笔会”，并被评为天津市1988年度百名职工书画家之一；1989年参加首届全国职工美展，荣获银奖；1993年作品入选首届山水画展；1995年应美国加州文化中心之邀，前往参展考察交流；1996年中国台湾绮丽画廊举办个人画展；1997年应中国香港亚洲文化交流协会邀请，在中国香港视觉艺术中心举办个人画展；1998年在中国台湾元象艺术中心举办个人画展；1999年在新加坡乌节路当代画廊举办个人画展；2002年作品入选全国山水画展；2008年10月在天津日报大厦举办个人山水画展；2009年入选天津市第十一届美术作品展。2010参加天津市环渤海新视线美术大展。2012年纪念“毛**在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话”发表70周年天津市美术作品展览中荣获三等奖。同年八月天津画院传承创新，繁荣发展作品回顾展。2013年天津画院云南画院作品交流展。2013年天津杨柳青画社出版《陈钢山水画技法解读》、2014年天津杨柳青画社出版《古韵山水技法全解》2015年京津冀中国画邀请展。许多作品被海内外藏家·单位·集团·及市政府收藏。
