楚启恩(1933.9—)别名楚驼，祖籍山东高密，生于青岛。擅长壁画、中国画、水彩画。1947年入青岛市业余美术学校学习绘画，师从宫滨汀、徐咏青、张鹤云等先生。1956年考入中央工艺美术学院，就读于壁画专业，师从张光宇、张仃、祝大年等教授。1961年毕业，1961年毕业。先后任教于安徽艺术学院美术系，合肥师范学院艺术系、安徽师范大学教师艺术系，山东工艺美术学院环艺系。现为山东工艺美术学院教授、中国美术家协会会员、中国建筑学会壁画专业委员会副主任、山东美术家协会会员。1979年参加北京首都国际机场大型壁画群的创作、绘制工作。作品有《降龙伏虎》(年画)、《黄山》(壁画)、《西海云涛》(壁画)，《岱宗旭日》(壁画)等。《范仲淹》(壁画)入选《中国现代美术全集》壁画卷。出版有《中国壁画史》。
