李永清，1982年毕业于南京艺术学院。1983年至1985年随四川美术学院沈福文先生、杨富明先生研习漆画。中国美术家协会会员、中国美术家协会漆画艺术委员会秘书长、江苏省美术家协会副主席、江苏省美术家协会漆画艺术委员会主任、南京艺术学院教授。
现任南京艺术学院设计系副教授，从事漆艺与基础课程教学，担任的主要课程有漆画、漆艺、素描及毕业设计等。

作品《赶潮》、《红酸地·白云朵》、《断线的气球》等多件分别入选第6、7、8、9届全国美术作品展览及多项重要展览。
作品《牵手》获建国50周年江苏省美术作品展览优秀奖、入展全国美术作品展，
《断线的气球》获江苏省壁画漆画展览优秀奖等多项奖项。
作品《旧泊》、《断线的气球》等入选《中国现代美术全集·漆画卷》，发表于《装饰》等重要刊物。
Li Yongqing graduated from Nanjing Academy of Art in 1982. From 1983 to 1985, he studied lacquer painting with Mr. Shen Fuwen and Mr. Yang Fuming of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. Member of China Artists Association, Secretary-General of Lacquer Painting Art Committee of China Artists Association, Vice-Chairman of Jiangsu Artists Association, Director of Lacquer Painting Art Committee of Jiangsu Artists Association and Professor of Nanjing Academy of Art.
He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Design, Nanjing Institute of Art. He is engaged in the teaching of lacquer art and basic courses. His main courses include lacquer painting, lacquer art, sketch and graduation design.
Li Yongqing, a member of Jiangsu Artists Association, graduated from the Department of Arts and Crafts, Nanjing Academy of Art in November 1982 with a bachelor's degree. He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Design, Nanjing Institute of Art. He is engaged in the teaching of lacquer art and basic courses. His main courses include lacquer painting, lacquer art, sketch and graduation design.
Published 10 papers, mainly:
On Chu Lacquer Art, Attributes of Lacquer Painting, Utilization of Lacquer Painting Materials. He has published and edited Modern Lacquer Art Works of Japan, Modern Foreign Shop Window Design, Public Art Design Practice, as well as a reference book, Design Art Education Events Dictionary.
Award-winning situation
His works such as Catching the Tide, Red Sour Land, White Cloud and Broken Balloon were selected in the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th National Art Exhibition and many important exhibitions respectively.
His work "Hand in Hand" won the Excellent Award of Jiangsu Art Exhibition on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and was exhibited at the National Art Exhibition.
"Broken Line Balloon" won many awards such as Jiangsu Mural Painting Exhibition Excellent Award.
His works "Old Pool" and "Broken Line Balloon" were selected as "Complete Works of Modern Chinese Art, Painting Scroll" and published in important journals such as "Decoration".
