张立，1988年毕业于天津美术学院，硕士研究生学历。现任天津工业大学艺术与服装学院视觉传达设计系主任硕士生导师教授。曾出版:《服装展示设计》(十一五国家级规划教材)2009.5中国纺织出版社，《民间美术之旅》2015.9中国纺织出版社，《标志设计》2014.5中国建筑工业出版社，等书籍20余部。曾在《装饰》《北方美术》《当代文学》《包装工程》《贵州社会科学》等杂志发表专业论文20余篇。主要设计作品有：“第八届全国运动会”邮票小型张纪念张首日封。“国际老年人年”邮资明信片。“天津工业大学校徽”。“天津市大学软件学院”校徽。“军事交通学院”校徽。“天津市工艺管理协会”标志。“天津市海上搜救中心”标志等。
