孙建平，别名野风，男，生于1948年12月，天津人，1978年考入天津美院油画专业。1981年毕业于天津美术学院，1987年在本院攻读研究生，毕业获硕士学位，留院任绘画系讲师。
1985年
参加浙江美术学院赵无极绘画讲习班，1993年参加中央美术学院第七届油画研修班，1994-02担任天津美院油画系主任，2002-03担任天津美院造型学院副院长。现任天
天津美术学院教授，副院长，中国美术家协会会员，中国油画学会理事，天津美术家协会常务
理事。
1977年　作品《同仇敌忾》参加全国“建军五十周年展览”作品被中国军事博物馆收藏
1980年　作品《剧终》参加第二届“中国青年美展”获三等奖，之后作品被天津美协收藏
