邸天行，中国美朮家协会会员、天津市美术家协会会员。八十年代初开始学画漫画，多以生活漫画为主。至今已在报刊上发表作品四千余幅，数十次获奖。
他的漫画《爸妈陪我睡》、《这是你爸这是你妈》、《小曲好唱口难开》曾在中国美协举办的《子恺杯第九届全国漫画大展》、《子恺杯第十一届全国漫画大展》、《第三届中国.桐乡廉政漫画大赛》参展并获奖。他发表在人民日报《讽刺与幽默》报上的漫画《爸妈陪我睡》，获第22届中国新闻奖一等奖，《我们村里的年轻人》获第27届中国新闻奖新闻漫画二等奖。漫画《示范》获山东“金柱杯”全国漫画大赛一等奖。
