Vincent van Gogh, a Dutch post-Impressionist painter, was born in a Protestant priest's family from March 30, 1853 to July 29, 1890. In his early days, he only created in grey and dark color, until he saw Japanese Ukiyo painting which was very popular in Paris at that time, and met the Impressionists and Neo-Impressionists locally. He tried to integrate their bright colors and painting styles into his own paintings, and then created his unique personal painting style. After his death, his works Starry Night, Sunflower and Crow in the Rye have ranked among the most famous and precious works of art in the world.
