Edward Ville was born in Gueso, a French painter and graphic artist. As one of the leaders of the internalist School of painting, the painter Villar used Impressionist techniques to depict the daily life of relatives and friends in the interior, Paris gardens and streets. In works such as The Artist's Mother and Sister, Garden Dinner and Painter Kyle Zeville Rosell and His Daughter, Villar focuses on small repetitive patterns and integrates characters into the background. Villar also painted large decorative panels and screens, designed stage settings and published a series of lithographs, such as Interior Scenery (1899).
