许志强(1944.3—)陕西蒲城人。擅长漫画。自学绘画。后在陕西日报社工作，现为三秦都市报美术编辑兼任陕西省新闻漫画研究会秘书长。作品曾入选全国漫画展多次，第六、七届全国美展，国际漫画展。作品有《村学记事》、《书香门第》、《脱身之便》。编辑出版《中国漫画人物造型》，合著出版《漫画自学百问》，参与编辑《美术辞林·漫画艺术卷》。
