高颖(1927.10—)男，辽宁台安人。中国美术家协会会员。擅长漫画、国画、诗歌。1945年毕业于黑龙江省立依安国民高等学校。后于黑龙江省嫩江县城区小学当教员。1948年考入东北画报社美术训练班，毕业后留东北画报编辑部当编辑，任编辑组长、编委、编审。1950年开始创作时事漫画，于报刊上发表800余幅，漫画《最后一钉》等，先后七次在全国美展上七次展出；《冒险游戏》和《甘愿效劳》先后在苏联和阿尔巴尼亚国家漫画刊物《鳄鱼》、《针》上发表。出版有《高颖哲理抒情诗集》、《画报编辑琐谈》、《论电影艺术的哲理构思》。传略辑入《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国美术家协会会员辞典》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等。
