石松涛(1960.3—)别名卜丁，河南洛阳人。擅长漫画。1981年毕业于洛阳师专美术系，现任洛阳郊区财政局美术师。兼任洛阳市漫画研究会会长。作品《被迫出山》入选第七届全国美展，《今天会议的中心是纪律问题》、《虚席以待》参加第一、二届中国漫画展。出版有《新世纪漫画家——石松涛漫画集》。
