李英海，男，1957年生于辽宁省辽阳市。主功国画工笔花鸟，尤其擅长走兽类工笔画。多年来，以家禽、走兽为题材创作了大量的作品。现为中国美术家协会会员。国家一级美术师。
2002年：《雪后》获年全国中国画作品展优秀奖；《雪月》入选中国西部大地情中国画展；《朔风》入选“海潮杯”全国中国画大展。
2003年：《寻春》获全国画提名展铜奖；《雪原》入选全国当代花鸟画艺术大展；《戏雪》入选第二届全国中国画展。
2004年：《晨霜》获全国中国画作品提名览铜奖；《瑞雪》获2004年全国中国画作品展优秀奖；《秋恋》入选第十六届国际造型艺术特展；《几度春秋》入选第二届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。
2005年：《寒谷》入选纪念抗日战争胜利六十周年全国中国画大展；《祥合安泰喜乐福康》入选全国第六届工笔画大展。
部分作品在《美术》等专业刊物上发表，部分作品被中外收藏机构收藏。
