刘文辉，男，字汉芳，江西人，自幼学习中国传统文化，尤其喜爱国画。2003年考入中央美术学院，专攻中国画，2007年获得中央美术学院学士学位；之后系统学习中国画的人物专业，研究方向艺术创作与理论研究，2011年获得中央美术学院硕士学位。
2008年作品《晨》获得第七届全国工笔大展优秀奖，
同年，作品《晚风》入选“第三届全国美术作品展”，
2010年作品《忙碌的日子》获得首届全国现代工笔大展银奖，
2011年作品《夜色》获得第八届全国工笔大展优秀奖，
同年，作品《忙碌的日子》入选“第四届全国青年美术作品展”，
同年，作品《淡淡的香》入选2011中国百家金陵中国画展。
