崔文学，男，1976年生于山东青州，中国美术家协会会员，湖南省工笔画学会副会长，湖南省青年美术家协会理事，湖南省工笔艺委会委员，衡阳美术家协会理事。2001年，毕业于山东艺术学院，2011就读于中央美术学院中国画学院攻读硕士学位，现任教于衡阳师范学院美术系至今。
主要艺术活动如下：
2002年，作品《正午》入选全国第五届工笔画画展，并获优秀奖；北京
2002年，作品《稻城黄昏》获“纪念毛泽东延安文艺座谈会讲话六十周年”画展湖南展区铜奖；
2003年，作品《晚风》入选全国中国画画展；
2003年，作品《逆光》入选第二届中国美术金彩奖；
2004年，作品《晨醒》入选第十届全国美术作品展，并获优秀奖，湖南省金奖，此作品同年被浙江美术馆收藏。
2005年，作品《风过萧木瑟瑟寒》获十六届国际造型展优秀奖；
2005年，作品《融》入选2005年度全国中国画展；
2006年，作品《风过萧木》获第三届“中国西部大地情”全国中国画展银奖；
2006年，作品《疏林密雪》获第六届全国工笔画展优秀作品奖；
2006年，作品《疏木寒山淡远姿》获第三届北京国际美术双年展提名资格展优秀作品；北京
2007年，作品《远岫寒烟》入选第四届中国美协会员精品展；北京

2010年，作品《风静寂无声》入选第八届全国第八届工笔画展；
2010年先后在广州东莞图书馆，山东青州书画城等地举办个人画展；
