方政和，亦名方正禾?，1970年11月生于福建云霄，1991年毕业于集美师专美术系，2001年到南京艺术学院进修，师从江宏伟先生。现为北京画院专业画家、国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员。

《浅寒图》获由中国美协主办的《全国中国画作品展》金奖（2002年）；
《春在天涯》获由中国美协与中国工笔画协会主办的《全国第五届工笔画大展》优秀奖（2002年）；
