何绪贤，又名胜贤，出生于山东莒县。自幼喜欢画画，现为中国美协会员、中国当代工笔画学会会员、中国三峡画院特聘画家、山东电视台收天下数字频道美编、羲之书画报社特约记者、国士画院院长。专攻花鸟人物兼山水。2007年就读于中国艺术研究院研究生院，导师张鸿飞、郭怡孮、苗再新、赵建成。专攻花鸟人物，兼山水，2009年就读于清华大学美术学院传统绘画研究室、导师霍春阳先生。作品参加中国美协重要展览20多次其中入选17次，获奖7次，部分作品被多家报刊发表。
