余兴亮，1981年出生于河南商丘，现居北京。中国美术家协会会员；现代工笔画院画家；河南省美术家协会会员；商丘市美术家协会理事;柘城县美协副主席。2012年进修于中国文化部现代工笔画院第三届创作高研班；现就读于王天胜教授第三期工笔画家精英班。
