柳方金，字：力文。笔名：屹然，号：清泉轩主。1955年出生于江苏省徐州市。现为中国民主促进会会员，中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画学会会员、文化部文化中心特聘画家、中国艺术研究院创作委员、中国水墨机构副主席、中国水墨研究院副院长、曾执教于清华美院、北京大兴美协高级顾问、中国美协创作中心山水画工作室画家。徐州民进市委画院副院长。现居北京。
