张胜利，男，1953年生，山西省昔阳县农民，现为中国美术家协会会员、山西工笔画协会理事。张胜利自幼酷爱美术，作为一个普通的农民，四十多年来，笔下从未离开过农村的人和事。他的作品多次入选全国、山西美术作品大展并获奖，多件作品在《美术》、《艺术》等国家大型报刊杂志上发表，并被中国美术馆、浙江美术馆和国外艺术机构收藏。
1998年《闹春社火》入选中国文联，中国美协金彩奖，牡丹杯新人奖。2001年中国画《赛牛曲》入选国家体育总局、中国美协主办的第五届全国体育美展并获山西省体育美展一等奖。2010年民间现代画入选中国文联、中国美协、浙江省委宣传部主办的“农民画时代，时代画农民”全国农民画展获优秀作品奖。《古塬春潮》《华彩锦绣》分获山西省十三届、十四届美术作品展二等奖。《赛牛曲》《拥军花鼓》分获山西省十二届、十五届“群星奖”一等奖。民间现代画《巧妈妈》编入2001年国家教委审定通过的小学第五册美术课本。
